1. Program Overview & Incentive Structure

We partner with creators, educators, web developers, and publishers who teach visual media, web optimization, and digital productivity. Our mission is providing fast, zero-egress, client-side tools that protect user privacy while delivering high performance.

Program Phases & Compensation

  • Phase 1 (Current Pre-Revenue Baseline): Non-cash value exchange. Partners receive early access to upcoming features, direct co-marketing (disclosed feature spotlights & creator backlinks), and direct access to product engineering.
  • Phase 2 (Post-Graduation Revenue Share): Upon product monetization milestone graduation, active partners transition to performance-based revenue share and cash commissions (governed by finance-approved LTV benchmarks).

2. Target Creator Niches

We actively recruit partners in three core creator niches (per channel spec §3.4):

  • Photography & Visual Arts Creators: Photographers, graphic designers, and content creators sharing photo editing techniques, camera workflows, and file management tips.
  • Web Performance & Technical SEO Educators: Web designers, site speed consultants, and frontend developers teaching image optimization (WebP/AVIF, KB budget targeting, Core Web Vitals).
  • Tech & Digital Productivity Creators: Tech reviewers, workflow educators, and digital creators producing tutorials on form submissions, passport/exam photo prep, and browser-based tools.

3. FTC Compliance & Mandatory Disclosure Terms (16 CFR Part 255)

Transparency and compliance are mandatory contract terms. Every partner post, video, or article must comply with FTC guidelines and our zero-deception principles:

  • Clear & Conspicuous In-Post Disclosure: Every social post, video description, or article must feature an explicit disclosure hashtag (e.g., #ad or #affiliate) AND an in-text statement: “I partner with image-reducer.com and may earn benefits from links in this post.”
  • No Bio-Only Disclosures: Placing a disclosure solely in a social profile or bio is non-compliant. Disclosures MUST appear directly within the specific post or video caption.
  • Native Paid Partnership Tags: Use platform-provided paid partnership tools (such as YouTube or Instagram “Paid Partnership with...”) whenever supported by the platform.
  • No Fake Reviews or Bot Engagement: Partners must share honest opinions. Purchasing fake views, bot engagement, or publishing fake customer testimonials is strictly prohibited (FTC 2024 Trade Regulation Rule).
  • Regular Compliance Spot-Checks: We conduct regular manual compliance spot-checks on published partner links. Non-compliant content results in immediate revocation of partner codes/links.
